About Me
I’m Gladys Dalung — entrepreneur, agribusiness coach, food innovator, full-stack digital marketer, and web designer whose journey began in 1999, fueled by creativity, resilience, and an unshakable belief that small beginnings can spark global impact.
My entrepreneurial story started through music — working as a backup singer, recording jingles, and using those earnings to self-sponsor a concert that generated ₦96,000. From just ₦5,000 of that profit, I registered my first business, Wsquare Records. That moment taught me the most powerful equation in business: vision plus action equals transformation.
Over the years, I have deliberately layered knowledge to sharpen my edge — earning diplomas in psychology, software engineering, fashion design, and food processing & post-harvest management, alongside advanced training in web design, SEO, UI/UX design, and data analytics. I hold a Nestlé Africa Academy Food Technology certification and a BSc in Entrepreneurship from Miva Open University — a degree that formalised what I had already been living: the art and science of building businesses that thrive in complex environments. I have also been trained and mentored through institutions like NEPC, TEF, Google, AFDB, Nexim Bank, NIRSAL, and ImpactHER.
Today, I serve as the Head of GirmaTech Business Solutions, a results-driven tech and digital agency where I lead a talented team of tech experts — designers, developers, marketers, and systems specialists — working collaboratively to deliver end-to-end digital solutions. Together, we help businesses build compelling websites, execute full-stack digital marketing strategies, dominate search rankings through SEO & SEVO, and implement smart business systems that save time and scale with growth.
